ARC G30 Series 3.5mm EarHook Listen Only Earpiece is a single-wire, receive-only earpiece available with either a 14 inch or 26 inch cord length. Desired cord length is usually determined by body size, preferred configuration and/or uniform type. For example, we find that most firefighters prefer the 26 inch cord as they tend to wear thicker uniforms than most LE or industrial users and need the extra length. In addition, some users choose to attached their speaker microphone near the center of their chest versus near their shoulder. This configuration could also call for a longer cord length depending how tall the user may be. Users who attach their mic near their shoulder will most likely need the 14 inch option to eliminate the need to hide the excess cord.
